Wanna see a messed up motor pics inside
my cars been off the road for a month i though i blew a head gasket at worst cracked the head but little to my suprise this is what i see when i take the head off this morning so pissed
whats the easyiest cheapest way to fix this without a new motor

Take the motor out and have the block checked and possibly honed. You may or may not want to get a new set of pistons. At best you can probably replace with stock pistons and go on. Now is the time to forge the motor though.
If it were me I would replace rods, rings, and pistons with forged. Keep the stock crank. You will probably be around $2,000 in repairs that route and about 1,000 with stock replacement. That is saying that there is nothing else messed up we can't see in those pictures. That happened for a reason. You need to figure out what caused it so it doesnt happen again.

#7 failures happened alot to us FI guys until we started adding pvc oil catch cans. Oil from the pvc dribbles/is blown to the back of the manifold, and the last runner is #7.

It seems so. #7 going was pretty common and catch cans are now a must-have in the FI world.
