Default sluggish ls1?

ok i have a 99 camaro m6 that dyno'd at 327rwhp 340rwt and it feels a lil slugish to be sporting these kinda numbers. i've rode in my friends 02 a4 and it feels stronger than mine he dyno'd at 297 (no we have not ran them). and it is missing the passenger side o2 sensor and has been tuned without it. the car has 78,000 miles and basic bolt ons. should i weld in and install a new o2 and have it retuned?? plugs and wires?? or what should i do?? any help would be great for i am new to the ls1 world

You should not have to get it retuned.

The ECU will pick up that there is a sensor there now so it will make adjustments.
