Default Cam Project to commence this weekend!

Well either friday night when i get off work or first thing saturday morning, tear down will begin to install my new TR 224/224 .563/.563 112LSA. Talkin to a guy i see at car shows every once in a while, I'm goin to run the LS6/Z06 valvesprings with this cam. His 03 Z06 has a similar cam(TSPs 224XE) and still runs the yellow springs. While I'm at it an LS2 timing chain will be installed, already have a fresh oil pump, TR 7.400 pushrods and a complete set of new valve stem seals while i'm at it. I will try to take some pics through the process and get a video up of it's first start-up.

Good luck with those springs. I used them for a short period. 1 broke in the first 2 hours of runtime. That was with a low lift cam (.525). I have since put in crane duals. Much quieter.

todds87ss, you may have had low lift, but the ramp rate is what may have broke that spring.
