Default How big of a cam will fit?

Currently I have an ls1 h/c setup. The heads are 5.7L heads milled .030. How big of a cam can I fit safely? I will clay it to check clearance, but I don't even want to bother if I can't go alot larger than my current cam (.222 .566). I'd like to fit something in the range of .232 duration or more with around .590 lift. What is more realistic? I also want to be able to resurface the heads if I blow a head gasket or something. Are there any guidlines to follow or does anyone have experience with this?

I'm going to call Thunder in a bit. I guess nobody here has ever put a big cam in a stock ls1 shortblock with milled heads.
