Stock heads are great for the G5X2.

What is the question? It's more appropriate to get a set of heads, then match the cam to the heads. Not the heads to the cam. The G5X series was designed to work with the flow dynamics of stock heads. It's that simple.

Some 5.3 heads from a number of sources would be good. TEA, TSP and others would be good choices. Call some of the shops ask for recommendations. Message boards are good sources of information but always accurate. Talk to the shops and listen to what they have to say.

LG typically pairs their cams with AFR's producing some impressive numbers
