Default some questions about fly cutting pistons

i'm going with a G5X2 cam and 5.3 heads milled down .020 for 11.1 compression. question is do i need to have the pistons fly cut? second...can i have them cut while the just the heads are off or do i need to pull the pistons? third...if i don't need to pull them out what do i use to cut them or where do i go? and 4th how much would this cost to have done? thanks for the help!

I had asked the same question a while back. I didn't get a reply on how much it costs to have this done. You can buy or rent the tool to do this yourself, without removing the pistons. I haven't done this. Just passing on the information. As for whether or not you need to do this, I don't know.

Yes, you need to flycut, my pistons are. LG Motorsports did mine so I can't tell you how to do it.
