Default car barely staying lit

Its been very random, but twice now, hours apart but same day and no connection.

I start the car up, and it normally idles at 800 rpm, but it was choking to stay alive at 500 rpm and lower. Magically, minutes later after moving the car around it revives and goes to 800 rpm again and acts "normal."
I start the car up again right after and normal.

Tonight, after driving, going to start it up it does the barely 500 rpm idle. I shut it off, restart and fine.

No check engine light, nothing.

Any ideas...fuses fine, fuel filter replaced recently. Air filter clean...

My first check would be the MAF cleen it with CRC maf cleener.
1. Unhook your battery remove your pcm fuse in the fuse box in engine bay.
2. remove your maff and spray it down
3. look at your Throttle body is it dirty? if yes than cleen it the crc maf cleener works as well for the TB.
3. put the maf back on and hook up all connections.
4. Hook the battery back up then put fuse back in.
5. put your parking brake on start car and put in drive for 5 min then in park for 5 min. this is called the throttle relearn process.
hope it helps.

Thanks for the input but its a 6 speed. I was thinking it could be the IAC valve. Whats the best way to clean it?

I will also look at the MAF the TB.
