Default MTI Stealth Cam

I'm looking for a cam to replace the Comp 216/220 .525/.532 114 I'm running now. The car has Lingenfelter S2 heads, all the bolt ons, and is an A4 with a ST3500 converter. I'm considering the MTI Stealth 220/220 .581/.581 115. I am looking for more dviveability with the stock tuning and idle speed but would like to go with more duration and lift than the LS6 cam has. I really think this cam on a 116 LSA would solve all my problems.

1. Will this cam reduce the misfire codes I'm getting now? My current misfires are causing converter lock up problems.
2. Is .581 lift and Comp 918s just asking for trouble?

I've heard the stealth cam in a C5 A4, you can't tell it from stock with MTI's tuning and it put down 400-405 rwhp with their stage 2 heads.
