howto install valves 4 my heads ??

 

coil packs off...valve covers off...intake off...rockers off...heads off...springs off...valve seals off...pop old valves out...pop new valves in...valve seals on...spings on...rockers on...heads on...intake on...valve covers on...coils on...your done!
however...make sure the valve stems are the correct diameter. also if they are larger then stock valves you will need to have new seats installed for the larger valves.

 

yea i will instal large than stock...someone tell me install them is very diffical...

 

Did you bend some valves? I just did the same thing. Ended up putting in a hotcam, macs, rollmaster and asp pulley. Its not a bad project. Take your time, lable all the bolts, plan for a long weekend and have fun.

 

Valve seals have a certian height to be done correctly.

 

You only need to have new seats installed if you go bigger than 2.02 and 1.6 size valves. Just did my heads a few months ago and had no problem with these sizes. Of course you may want a performance valve job done up. Good luck!
