Default need help ls1

i had a rod bearing go out on my ls1.i hear the ls1 are bad for the rod bearings going out? what can i do.so this will not happen again ?

Maybe shim the oil pump relief valve to bump up oil pressure or get a ported oil pump. Maybe do the LS6 pcv conversion to reduce oil consumption. Otherwise there is not much you can do besides keeping an eye on your oil level.
