Question Misfiring and popping

Ok so ive had this problem since redid my 02 extensions with a soldering iron and replaced my spark plugs with new AC Delco wires.. at idol you can listen to the exhaust note and you will here a slight miss coming from the engine.. and lately when ive floored it feels like its not running on all cylinders and pops violently.. then when letting off the gas it pop even more violently until the rpms go below 3k.. for the longest time i thought it was a plug arching against the header so i purchased 2 LQ9 spark plug wires and used them to replace number 2 and number 6 cylinders cuz those seemed to be the ones arching but its still having the missing problem.. iam running no cats and have yet to have my rear 02s tuned out so ive been driving with my 0b2 scanner with me for a couple months just deleting the code when my check engine light comes on.. any suggestions on why its missing so bad?

Pull you plugs out and check them. My buddy swapped his spark plugs and ended up cracking two of them. The car ran soo bad. If your plugs look good then you need to buy new O2 sensors because you obliviously didnt wire something right.

Your OBD2 scanner should be seeing a code that is related to the misfire. These codes will help isolate the problem. What are you seeing with the scanner?
