Help ls1 35k smoke out exhaust??
hey guys i need your help i did an ls1 swap in my 97 camaro so motors been good its got 35k on it and my only problem is out of now where ill get a big puff of white smoke out the exhaust at start up then it wont do it again for like 3 weeks or ill be driving and ill get on it real hard and it will smoke then goes away and i cant duplicate it i am completely puzzled no weird sounds or anything mobil 1 synthetic in it to oil level hasnt moved in 2k miles and its still as clear as when i put it in any help guys only thing i noticed is the
valve train is noise when i start it up till it warms up then it purrs like a kitten

honestly i wouldnt worry to much, my car does that once in a while, and my car is making 400+whp, it could be unburnt fuel, or oil in ur intake, get a catch can, seafoam the engine then see what hapens

or save your self the money and use water, and you wont have to change your oil either,and plugs like they recommend to with sea foam.
i used a 2 liter bottle of coke and filled it with water and used a 1/8" drill and drill a hole in center of the cap and sprayed the water in just enough to keep the motor from hydro locking.
