LS1 Twin Turbo RPM Range
I'm doing a twin turbo application on my 99 Formula. I will also be rebuilding and forging the whole motor. When replacing the valvetrain what should i shoot for ,for a reving limit on my engine? What's a good number to rev my engine to with a twin turbo. My cam is speced to produce power from 0 -6800 rpms. Should i just shoot for 7000 rpms to make the most power?

It will depend on the size of the turbos and how much airflow the engine can support. If the turbos are too big for the engine, you run the risk of running out of breath before the turbo reach full boost. And vice versa if the engine requires more airflow then the turbos can supply, you run the risk of choking off the engine and possibly damaging the turbos (if they stall).
To answer this question, we would need to know the detailed specs of your proposed engine combo.
