Default Quick question on LQ4 powa.

Can anyone in here give me a pretty rough shot at what my rwhp would be on my Datsun? Just looking for a quick stab with all the stuff I have done to it.

Here are my mods to it as of right now.

1977 Datsun 280Z - LQ4 - sanderson headers - LS1 intake - 80mm truck intake - W4MP tune - 15 lb flywheel - T56 - Full 3.5" Exhaust - Dynomax Bullits - Dynomax muffler -

Anyone with a stab?

Nope. Whenever I get it driveable to where I can save up some money im doing the L92/L76 setup. Probably do 1.8 RR's along with them.

hey man, i see you're over here, too. you basically have a bolt-on ls1 engine minus 1 point in compression + 18 cid. i'd guess ~340-350 whp and about 375 wtq.

LQ9
LS6 intake
stock LS1 manifolds
dynomax exhaust
232/234 cam

With a tune that got me 285RWHP/360RWTQ UNLOCKED - which isn't bad considering it's chocking on stock LS1 manifolds.

Not yet, i just got it back from the shop - I forgot it has a 2800 stall as well and a stage 3 4L60E. I'm thinking about doing headers before track time. The shop owner said he was unable to get more than 22* timing in because the engine simply can't exhale enough, and starts knocking with any more. This dyno seems to be quite a bit lower than most others however, it's no glory dyno, so i still expect good results.

Also it is a 1989 formula 350 (guess it's a 364 now) with 3.73's out back, otherwise stock..well other than all of the new drivetrain.
