It was my understanding that both tall and standard deck blocks will use the same (high) cam location. The aftermarket guys like Jesel are sure to come out with a beltdrive system for the new cam location quickly, and Comp will no doubt have a timing chain available before the first block ships. It sounds like the next thing they will be doing is some hot testing!!!

It's going to be interesting to see how these pan out. Was there a block weight available on these?

Hhmm... I just noticed that is jobber pricing. My friend is a comp dealer. I'll have to get him to call about pricing.

LSx has a 4.40" bore spacing, you can figure out the rest for any bore.

how would a stock cam sensor clear the higher cam location without a raised mounting pad?
