LS2 block question Does anybody know if the 05 Vette motors have the casting flash around the egdes of the oil returns ground off from the factory? I just noticed this appears to be the case on the LS2 block I have after I removed the valley cover.

Never heard of casting flash? I'll get a pic up for you later the edges have been ground down and cleaned up from the factory I guess.

Yeah exactly the drainbacks over the camshaft under the vally cover. I have a friend that works at a Chevy dealer as a mechanic he just told me he has seen this as well. Thanks for the input.
