Question LS2 402 Stroker motor push rod Sizes ???? Got alot of ticking more then a sewing mach

Ok.. First of all i will tell you all my specs .. I have a TSP 402 Stroker motor with a TSP 4-240/244-.610/.612 on a 114LSA CAmshaft and a Set of PAtriot Performance Heads Casting # 243 heads , 64 cc Chamber with 2.080 intake and 1.600 exhaust valves .. now i have used the Comp cams PR lenght checker of 4 different valves , Before i was comming up with about .062 Preload on my LS7 Lifters . and now that i rechecked it i am now comming up with .05625 Preload on my LS7 Lifters after checking 4 places.. But for some reason i am having more then normal Valve noise its not just a sewing machine once it warms up , it seems to me like a little bit of noise comming from the Lifter . But then again I am Using Stock LS2 Rocker Arms on my 402 stroker motor too , so i know i will hear a little noise from them too , but will .05625 Preload on the LS7 lifter be enought ???
Close the COmp cam PRLC is 6.800 , i had to turn it out 10 turns which in turn made it 7.300 then i had to turn it out about another 7/8 of a turn which i cam up with .04375 for 7/8 of a turn . so overall to zero lash without being able to lift the rocker up and down there was 7.34375 without preloading the lifters And TSP told me that 7.400 pushrods would be ok so that leaves me with .05625 Preload for all my Lifters , it just doesnt seem like enought .. AnY Help here would Be appriciated ..

Anything at all on this subject ?? I know there is a big debate over the LS1 / LS7 lifters and that the plunger is .050 high then the LS1 , but still with 7.400 i am only getting .05625 preload using LS7 lifters !!

One thing to check with that much cam, are the pushrods hitting on the heads. Those stock holes in the head are pretty small. With a big cam, the pushrod swings a big arc and may be contacting the head. Look for shiny spots on the pushrod. I'm not an expert on Ls7 lifters but .056 sounds like it should work. I have Morel lifters and I heard everything from .005 to .060. I turn them down one turn on a shaft rocker. That's about .050.
If I keep turning, I can go down to three turns, so at one turn, there is room for it to work. I tried them at 1/4 turn and they made a lot of noise.
