Default Loud knock need help

Ok i drove home one night and everything was ok then the car stayed parked for a couple of days and i went out one morning and when i did it started knocking as soon as i started it. i have started to try to find the problem and removed one of the valve covers and all the rocker arms seem ok. i have removed all the acc belts to eliminate anything external.

You failed to mention the mileage of ur car. If it had been sitting for a few days and it knocked on start up but went away it was more then likely the bottom end as the way these engines oil the main bearings are the last to oil. You can look around and if u find a different answer but more than likely its the bottom end.
