Default Help me make more power ;)

I am happy with this build but.. i think something is holding it back. I see others with less cubbies with smaller heads/cams making more power. I think somethings holding it back from another 30-40hp. It made 471 RWHP 470 RWTQ Which should i change out?

Thoughs numbers are thru a cutout. I have a magnaflow catback. I just not to sure if my cam and heads are the best combo. I just think i should be making more power.

IMO, I have done a few engine builds my self. I would want the Compression to be higher. 11.5 to 12.0 . On my 408 I had 11.3 and put down 531 n/a. Parts are in my sig, but I would imagine you would need a bigger cam too! 24x/24x 64x 61x size camshaft.

I made 535/530 in my C5 Z06 413 using TFS 235s/VRX5 camshaft/11.8:1 compression... The heads/cam you have is more than capable of producing the power.

This is jeffs old tbss. I am loving driving this thing I just think its got more in it somewhere. Like there is a weak link somewhere holding some horses back. I just trying to get it ironed out staght before i go with what we talked about and it not perform quite so well. The TFS 235, Custom cam, and the TVS2300 and of course the DevilsOwn alky kit

For gigles I was going to make a 4" intake for it i think the kn filter kit might be choking it. Do you think the ported tb and manifold could be holding it back?

Truck needs DMH Dual Electric cutouts and it would be set. That 470RWHP you are making is thru an unlocked 3600 and a TBSS drivetrain spinning heavy *** aftermarket wheels. That combo would produce 530rwhp in an M6 F Body

the ls6 intake from what ive seen and read is better than the ls2. so put that in perspective with awesome heads with a good camshaft the intake/tb fast 96 combo is what you should look into. call ron

Yea, i know its pretty heavy I need to weight it Like the trailer hitch, maybe some differnt rims if i can find some lighter ones that look decent for track time. I already put down better times at my local track

Already talked to my guy at source interlink about car craft. So i want to do the stuff we talked about first.
