How much power would I be leaving on the table with budget ported LS6 heads?

How much power would I be leaving on the table with budget ported LS6 heads?
I am trying to do a "budget" 402 build since my LS6 crapped out on me in my '03 Z06. The engine builder is suggesting a set of "budget" ported LS6 heads. How much will that be hurting me as compared to a good quality set of AFR heads? Eventually that is what I would want to be on the car; I just need to know whether its even worth it to buy the LS6 heads now, then convert to AFR later down the line, or just cough up the extra cash ahead of time and do it right.

I like my PRC LS6 heads...They seem to do very well for a budget head. I would spend the extra bit and get PRC's new head design. They look pretty bad *** and seem to be making some great power. Either those or look into the always promising TFS heads or AFR's.
