Default Running a boost motor N/A. Turd?

I'm planning on going with boost with my future setup. I will have to run the motor N/A for a little while until I can afford the $8000 blower setup (F1A or F1D)

I was thinking about going with a forged LS2 short block around 400+ cubic inches.

The motor would be something like this

Forged 402 LS2 with 9.5:1 compression ratio
Ported Fast 92/92
TFS 215cc heads milled to 60cc
custom spec'd blower cam
+ all other supporting mods

Would this be a complete turd to run N/A at that compression ratio with a blower cam?

I'd probably run the car like that for one season until I can save up for the blower.

Compression isnt low enough to make it a complete turd. youll tune it N/A first but dont expect it put up big numbers like some of the 400ci+ builds you see, obviously.. Itll still be fun enough to drive and you probably wont even notice/mind it.

You have the cubes to still put down good torque, though not as much as a high compression build. But still probably more torque and power than a mildly modded stock cubed ls2.

Power will come down to cam specs. One benefit you get will be cheaper fuel costs - at low compression you can run regular gas.

Default why not a....

440Ci high comp ls7 with a set of killer heads N-A... why? cause;
#1 a super charged engine, out of boost is a cow....
#2 on boost, it's too much of a beast to enjoy on the street...
#3 there's no happy medium...
#4 you ether have too little power or too much, unless you settle for a 550 or 600 hp supercharged application, OR use a waste gate, so you can dial the amount of power you can use...
A 600 rwhp N-A engine allows you to press the pedal input to match the power you want, have boosted like power, runs cooler, weights less, keeps the car simple, sounds like a monster, and you will not crave any more for power, keeps the maintenance low. It's food for sought. Best of every thing wish ever way you go...............
