Default question on jegs ls3 ported heads

Anyone using these. I did a search and came up with nothing. I was just wondering how well they perform. Any dyno numbers? They seem to be quite a bit cheaper than most other ported heads and I know the old saying you get what you pay for just curious if anyone has used them with good results.
Thanks

My mistake I guess they are the gmpp heads. I'll try a search with those. Any numbers from some people that have used them. Working on a g8 gt and my buddy would like to see 450 to the tire. He has livornis stage 2c package I believe 224/230 114lsa 580/590 lift. Put down 406 but I don't think he's going to pick up 44hp with those heads what do you guys think.

Some of the Vette guys have picked up ~ 30 Hp simply by milling the heads.

That's with the LS7 engine.

It's not as easy through an auto...my stock LS3 did 425 RWHP with cold air intake, longtubes, 3" X duals and tuning...through a stick shift. I'm shooting for over 500 from ported LS3's, a very similar size cam with just a touch more lift, and a FAST 102 in addition to everything I already had.

On the 6.0 liter engine, though an auto, you might need heads and the intake manifold to get to 450 on that cam. The problem is the stock LS3/L76 manifold is pretty dam good...so you don't gain as much from a FAST 102 on them as you would on an LS1 or LS2.

@Bob, I think the 6.0L block Summit is selling is a used GM block. If you look at it, it says "seasoned" and it's bored .030" over. That's code for a used core.

No, I've got an AI heads/cam package I'm installing. Cam is 226/234 .600/.600. I'll see how I like it...I think it's going to drive really clean/smooth after I dial the tune in...I'll tolerate a LITTLE bit of roughness from a cam though, so in a few weeks (realistically...end of March) I'll get it out of the garage and tune it and see...no matter what, it'll be in there for this entire year...I miss driving the car a LOT...I'm not going to take it apart again until next winter.

My buddy swapped an ls3 into his coupe mustang and it was stock other than the cam swap and it made 486 to the tires thru a stalled auto. that was with a stock ls3 intake with an adapter on it to make a 85mm tb work. only thing it had done to the motor was cam, springs and pushrods.

ls3 cars put down a bit more, and take advantage of ls3 heads and larger cams more so than the L76 (6.0)

Checkout the PRC CNC Ported LS3 heads. Head to Head the PRC heads are proven winners with chambers set to your desired compression & over more air flow. Not to mention the prices are very compareable & you can order the PRC heads with a spring setup to meet your goals.
