What bolt pattern is the lsx 454 for the flywheel is it 6 or 8?

LSX 454 GMPP engine? IF so that would be 8 bolt

LSA is 8 bolt, LS9 is 9 bolt

Its a 8 bolt patten. Part number 24240678 from GM Performance I think.
