The one that I am looking at is used and it has been setup and run on a car so the MAP, IAT, and TPS sensors are setup and come with it. The guy who owns it now said he had it on a competition (not sure what kind) car for a season but has to change due to sponsorship regulations. Should be getting it for a bit less than half of retail, still a hefty chunk of change but a killer deal on this piece of engineering....plus it will look killer under the hood of the Chevelle

As far as tuning goes, not sure how much light I can shed, but the guys that worked on mine fought it for awhile. The key is throttle body syncronizing. Once everything opens, closes at once, the rest is pretty straight forward. Driveability will require some work as well so get to know your tuner well....you guys will be riding together for awhile

Yeah it may take a little time, but once it's dialed in Boy will it scream. You will be able to Support any flow requirements and instantaneous power, air is for the taking for each cylinder. I just PM'ed Martin I'm going to go ahead and get my cam this week. Solid as a Rock!

I will have to check with him on the runners but I know it is an ls7 intake just not sure what heads he had or if the intake was port matched...I am going to try to get this intake now and worry about heads and cam specs and tuning once I get the short block done....Gotta jump on a deal when its at your door...

So it turns out it doesn't have an iat on it....How is yours set up LPE? Also how are the street driving aspects of this intake? Have you encountered anything that you haven't been happy with?

You can buy the kit directly from Kinsler for a few hundred bucks - includes fittings and rails....if you want, because we've already done it, can give you a deal with the machining.
Here's a pic of one side of mine completed. Seems to work just fine. You're definately going to want the IAT if you run a good size cam or dont mind keep you're foot on the pedal until it warms up, run AC, etc.
Street driving is incredible....its that simple. Its hard to believe that with the cube and cam size (.26x/.27x - .67x/.67x @ 113), it could run as smooth as it does. The throttle response is the best part of the ITBs....its an absolute blast. Only complaint was price but it appears you've got that covered. What are the TB sizes?

Nice....let me know what I can do to help if you need anything from Kinsler. They're local to me....have a great contact I can put you in touch with.
If he isnt already sending them, definately pick up a new vacuum block and lines that will be your vac source for MAP. There are 8 little quick release fittings at the base of each runner the lines will snap into.
Looks like this. And FYI...these lines have to be the same length.
