L92 heads on 4.005 bore, should heads be milled

Why would you want to mill the heads in the first place? Compression right? So what compression ratio are you looking for? Based off the info so far, it looks like you won't get much with this combo, barely over 10:1.
Those pistons have valve reliefs, so PTV shouldn't be too much of an issue, but cam specs would t hurt.
More than .030" and you can run into misalignment with where the head and manifold meet. Are you willing to have the extra machine work done to get it aligned if you decide to kill more than .030"?
