ly6 build for drifting?

ly6 build for drifting? hello guys,
Im new to the world of ls v8 but i decided to come over to the dark side. I just bought a 08 ly6 shortblock with the stock crank shaft and thats all thats in it. Im looking to put down 450-500 whp out of this motor running race gas c16,e85 etc. This motor will be going into a caged 240 and have a t56 trans. Now the question is what rods,pistons,heads,cams should I run. I dont plan on running any emissions and this will not be a street car very often mostly a pro am drift car that will always get revv'd out. I also do not want to keep the vvt, i dont see any reason to have it due to the sport this car will be in. Thank you guys for your time i hope to finally build a beast of a car thanks!
