What should be done to an LS3 to support 650+whp?

What should be done to an LS3 to support 650+whp? Have an LS3 with a V3 Si blower + BTR Stage 4 SC cam. Have titanium retainers and platinum springs.
Am I pushing my luck on rods? Timing chain? Head studs? Anything I should be thinking of doing?

Engine Missfire Cures Hi, what breaks an engine is non-spark, weak spark OR the Spark Instant being at the wrong time.
The RPM of the engine can be too great for component life.
My recommendations:
I would fit my timing set, Avon Gear, Steel Gears with HD chain. (HP requirement from Dual Springs)
I would fit my Chinese head studs @ $100.00
I would fit a 2010 Camaro OP with pressure shim increase.
I would fit my IGN-1A coil kit.
These items, if fitted, will cure the cause of many engine problems.
