Default 427 which block?

I have 4.120 pistons and 4.185 crank was used in lingenfelters 427 never used them don't want to sleeve it. Which block can I do this with? And do I still use 6.125 rods? Was also looking at 317 heads, for f-1 procharger.

Presuming the pistons and crank came out of the same motor, it definitly wasn't a 427. lol.

As far as I know only the lsx and dart block can take a 4.2 stroke crank. Never heard of a 4.185 crank in production... custom?

Would it be a 4.185 piston and a 4.120 crank? That combo would come out to a 452" motor. You could use that setup in an LSX block if you wanted to or some sleeved block.

That combo would have been a 446", was it supposed to be a 427? Either way I guess you can use the LSX 9.26" deck block. Thats what I'm using, 4.00 stroke by 4.125 bore for a 427". I think the tall deck will require a custom intake when the block comes out but another option for those big strokes.

It wouldn't be a 427 either way. It just didn't look right with that combination. The 4.120" stroke with the 4.185" piston would be a good setup for the LSX low deck.
