PAC 1218's and Gen. IV trunion upgrade on L83?

Would someone please let me know if these will carry over from a Gen. IV application?

I have 1218's on an L83...no clue on the trunions....or what that is...lol

Yes but the Gen V has a different installed height. Can't remember if it's .050 taller or shorter though.
