Hey guys im new here to ls1tech. I just bought a 2001 Camaro SS SLP. It has 10,500 miles and i picked it up for 16,500 $. See you guys on the threads!

Thanks for the welcome. Do you think i got a good deal on it? Around here SS camaro with that many miles go for around 15 grand.

I would say you did. An SS with very little miles for that price is a damn good deal. IMO

i thought it was a decent deal but some of my buddy's think it was a steal. I need to call up slp and get the list of what they did to the car. I know it has the SLP engine brace, MAF, Lid, and exhaust. I wonder if they can tell me actual HP rating and not the underrated one. It weighs 3439 lbs.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me considering the mileage. If you are going to try to keep the car modded with SLP parts plan to open up your pocket book. I have put all SLP parts on my car and I love the results, just paid a lot more than most for what I have. Good luck!

Congrats! Mine had under 15,000 miles for 16. That was a good buy.
