Talking '03 Cobra Owner Lurking

Hello. Live in the Midwest, drive an '03 Cobra w/a 2.7 upper and basic bolts ons. Nice clean, low mileage (11,500), weekend car. Nothing special. Had it road tuned, haven't had it on the dyno yet. I've had a couple 300/350whp Subarus, decided to see what a RWD boosted V8 was like. Its been fun so far.

My next car will be a CTS-V. I'm here to listen and learn.

Here it is...

Mods:
AccuFab TB
SCT 2400 MAF
Cold Air Intake
Kook’s Long Tube Headers
3” OR X-Pipe
3 Chamber Flowmaster’s
Stock lower/2.7 upper pulley
Kenne Belle Boost-A-Pump
Upgraded Front Mount Heat Exchanger
Steeda Firewall Clutch Adjuster
Steeda Triax Shifter
Slotted Rotors
New Auxillary Idler
Welded IRS bracing
275/40/17 Nitto NT555’s
315/35/17 Nitto NT555R’s on 17x10.5 rears (not on in photos)

I love those Cobras. Too rich for me though. Around here they keep their insane value.

If I wasn't getting a SS, my next choice was a '03 Cobra. But dude, 25K for decent miles?

Man I would get a Z06 or any Vette but one I would never spend money on a car for only two people even though no one sits in my back seats lol and two I only see old *** dudes drving those cars. Even though it would look sick a dude my age driving one of those things and besides, all I see is Vette's on the streets, overrated.

C5s, even Zs are getting so cheap plenty of people in their twenties, even early twenties, have them now. I have one friend 22 with a heads cam nitrous c5 as well as another one 23 that just sold his heads cam zo6 for a 10 ss.
That Is just two in my immediate group, I could name off 5 more in my town that are in their 20s that own them.

How many c5s, lowered tint nice rims with drag radial hitting a hard lope, do you see pull up to a red light? I don't care how old or young the owner, that is rare.

I picked this car up from the original owner, w/ 10,000 miles for $21K and the majority of the mods were already on. I also waited 6 months for the right deal.
