Mail order tune? Need advice.

Mail order tune? Need advice. Put an Lt4 in my 97 z28. Got rid of air pump, egr and rear o2's runs fine just a bit rich. Could only find 2 places near me (orlando) that will tune it but they want way too much $. Should I just buy the software or has anyone used pcmforless or other mail order tune?
