"Hey" from the Carolinas
"Hey" means "Hi" for those of you unfamiliar with southern greetings.
Anyway, after many long years of building, fixing, and tuning carbureted Chevy small blocks, I have taken the lazy path to fuel injection and the mighty LS.
Kind of sad that after finally mastering the carburetor, I now have to start over and deal with computer-controlled fuel injection...
I have a 70 Z28 that I have nurtured for the last 15 years. The last engine I just pulled out was a 397 cu in small block making right at 420 rwhp. Getting old and tired of wiping up oil spots and whacking the fuel bowls to unstick a float. So next up is an LS7 and a T56 magnum. Right now it is in the shop getting painted. When it comes out, the first thing is to install a DSE sub-frame & connectors, chassis wiring harness, and an aftermarket AC.
Thanks for letting me in and rest assured I will pester you with lots of LS questions.
Thanks, richard
