First Time LS1 Owner... and Lovin' It
Started looking for a new (for me) car a couple months ago, and after a number of dead ends, I came to my senses. Now, a ten-year dream has become reality. It's a 2000 Formula 4A, Maple Red. Her name is Serenity. For real.
Going from compact econo-boxes to an LS1, almost every time I get in, I can't help but think "I finally have one." I feels so great to have a car consistent with my car obsession. Anyone else ever felt the same way?

Beautiful choice in a car. I cant wait to fulfill my dear of owning a LS1 and it will be in a Formula also. You have a pretty rare car considering its maple red. Not too many Formulas rolled out of Canada with it on!!
Good buy!

So I've discovered. The GM media site lists that the Formula was no longer available in 2000, which also according to the site was the first year maple red was offered.

Thats pretty wrong actually. For 2000 you are pretty lucky because there is a good break down of colors and models. After that its pretty hard to get accurate numbers.
