Instrument Cluster Issues
My instrument cluster only shows reading for MPH, Voltage and Oil Pressure all other gauges are not working - gas, rpm, temp are not registering anything.. service engine soon and service vehicle soon lights are on constantly but I cannot get a reading from the obd2 port under my dash...
I just got the car back from an engine swap (new motor installed by insurance co), the car starts and runs good its just really annoying not having my instrument cluster not reading rpm, fuel level or engine temp.
Any Ideas on where to start? (Checked the fuse box and nothing blown in there...)

contact the insurance company everything worked fine before right?
its part of the claim.

Its a 2000 Camaro. Insurance shop said they wouldn't be able to do anything since my car was not stock, the insurance adjuster who was handling the claim never returned my calls... I just figured it had to be something simple but its turning into quite a fiasco...
I pulled the fuses out to triple check them but now my entire cluster is off - all I get is the seatbelt light, and the backlight if I turn the headlights on...
I do have a short in my passenger side window - could that be causing interference with the dash?
