URGENT i need help with a hp tuner an my friend tuned it its 2000camaro ss auto and my friend dropped my cooling fans down took top speed limiter off an adjusted my shift points an my car is bouncin off da tach at redline 3or4 times before it shifts can someone tell me wats wrong please if the tuner has anything to do with the trans or something
