Creaton of a sleeper!!!
Hey everyone, Im sort of new to the lsx world(buddies have lots of cars 2fastmotorsports, danny at OCGMP, aaron and chris) and have an idea of building my doner car as sleeper as possible for the street races and track. I want to go in-expensive as possible. So I have my doner car 1994 camaro with no engine and ordering a th400 (don't want the trans to go on a big street race) Im most likely going with a bone bone stock engine down to the intake and exhaust! I want this thing to look stock!!! I want to put a 125 wet shot that everyone can see and a 75 dry that is going to be hidden within the stock intake... Yes that is a 200 shot!!! I would like everyones input on everything, i got to take out some cobras around here that have large mouths!!! Thanks for the imput guys it is much needed!!!

thats what i would do, i wouldnt try hiding it cause people will eventually find out about it. just make it look simple. people get intimidated by a lot of **** going on under the hood.
i have a 500+rwhp 402, but my car runs stock LS2 fuel rails with a stock L76 intake, a lot of people dont know the casting numbers on the head, so it looks like a stock ls1 under the hood if you dont know what your looking at. people just think i have a cam.
when people dont pop their hoods it means they are hiding something, i like popping my hood because there isnt anything to look at. just try to make everything look as stock as possible

you should build the stock motor and get some ported and polished stock heads and a small cam. After that get the money maker kit from nitrous outlet- hides everything and you can spray a 200 shot w/o too many people knowing what the hell just hit them.

do a 408 and say its stock displacement with one hidden kit and one wet kit, itll keep people guessing for a long time if you play right
sort of how my turbo kit will have a 60mm and a stock bottom end....or will it

why not a 408 with a completely hidden kit,.
not offense, but a 200 shot stock motor isnt gonna consistently win street races (around here anyway)

or even better would be to have 2 n2o bottles, one on the driveshaft tunnel and one in the spare tire compartment. Have the one on the tunnel a dummy bottle and the real bottle in the back. Tell some one you are gonna run them on motor and pull the dummy bottle but keep the real bottle hooked up and on and spray the house down. It might seems confusing but I cant find a better way to word it
