Is there anyone the sells a book with lsx interchange and casting numbers for cranks heads ect.

Chris Werner's book "How to Rebuild GM LS-Series" has lots of good info in it. I'll take a peek at it later & see if it lists casting numbers in any of the charts.

Nope, nothing in there on interchangable items. You can probably figure out what you need to know with some research and digging around.
