finally got the procharger/4l80e/cam installed
stock ls1
small cam
stock ls6 intake
just a little d1sc
4l80e
9" w/ 4.10's and a loud as hell detroit
i have made a few test runs but nothing major. it is still a stock motor so im not expecting much, compared to my 94mm car i had. but all that will change this spring but going from a turbo to a procharger.......i think i like. especially for the street
but it sure does feel like its going to be fun to drive. i cant wait to drive it to the track and hopefully drive it back.
it took me approx. 4 wot blasts to get the a/f nailed down to 10.0-11.0. i am still learning the new to me software (efilive). i am used to using the xfi system. most of those pulls were in 2nd gear. it will not hold first on the street
thanks to brent@epp fpr the great bench tune and the help he has been giving me.
and frost@lsxtune has a great wiring harness adapter for the 4l80e swap

JUST a little D1SC got KP down to 9.2!!! hahaha.. I had a D1 on mine and loved it.. It made like 5-6psi at 3000rpm and climbed from there.. Very dependable, reliable, and predictable power.. Decided to go on the other side of the pasture and figure what these turbos are all about.. Goodluck and keep us posted.. Oh and

i am adament about getting things done when i start them. so it actually only took me almost two days to do the following----
4l80e swap
fuel pump and hotwire upgrade
procharger install
cam swap
rearend swap
complete bmr suspension overhaul (lcas/torque arm/panhard bar, driveshaft loop/torqe arm relocation/front and rear springs) the kmember and arms are staying in the box until the spring when i do the engine swap.
subframe connectors
install my FAST dual wideband
and it took me a day to get my driveshaft in my old car shortened.
ive been playing w/ efilive every since. just trying to famialarize myself w/ the software.
