i know you are relatively new, but if you were to search for this, the answer would have appeared rather hastily. so in the future, always search for your answer before you ask the question and you will be good. this ones for free. http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html this is a good website with quiet a few "how to's". good luck

or don't change the regulator unless you need to... all you have to do is remove 3 bolts (or rivots if your motor has never been changed before) and pull the motor out.. i did mine with the window down (had no choice but would have done it down anyway if i did) and i didn't have to hold anything in place... the regulator and that big scissor thing don't move if you just remove the motor itself.

I would advise against the eBay or even the Auto Zone motors. I had them on my blue car and they went out in 6 months, sure they have a lifetime warranty (Auto Zone) but replacing them over and over would suck. Get them from the dealership ($100/ea.) and do it only once, they will last for an easy 40k.

The reason it cost me $500.00 was that I was on vacation in California and I had to have it done right now!! So, you are at there mercy, $178.00 for the motor and the rest in labor!! OUCH!!
