ok, while I am at it and I can't find info in the search, have any of you guys switched out the massive dual fan setup for a more lightweight slimmer design? Maybe a larger single fan, etc?
Just curious if its a worthwhile mod on shedding a few pounds and obtaining a little more room. Its pretty roomy already after everything I have done..
I will get some pice soon of my progress.
Thanks again!

oooo I've been thinking about the same thing these days. does anybody know something?
I'm taking out a few pounds from my car. btw the stock dual fan setup weight around 15 pounds.

noob question. what would be the difference between a single and dual fan setup? will my car overheat with a single fan. I'm really into weight reduction and want to drop as much weight I can .

thanks for your info. I've heard a lot of people going with a stock fan from a 96 ford taurus. I have one sitting in my garage it feels lighter than the factory f-body but it might not be big enough to provide good air flow. what do you think?
