Default Heads cam swap?? i think?

i was wondering would it be quicker to pu the head and put a set of heads with springs already on them in. as opposed to doing the springs in car. if not i think i will just do the cam and springs. or could i just pull the head anyway to do the springs?

thanks in advance

you can do either one.. i actually did both. i changed my drivers while in the car, but changed the passenger pulling the head because a lifter fell . i would say changing while it was out was easier but more work and money because you need new headgasket/ head bolts(stock are torque to yield, can't reuse)/ scrape all the graphite off the head and block/ clean head bolt holes, etc. i would just leave the heads in there, or buy new ones if you're gonna take them off. good luck

Leave the heads on. Much easier IMO.
