will i break 450 rwhp?? and what injectors will i need?
my setup is as follows 79Bu with 02 LS1.
Heads are TEA ls6 stage 2, flow:

Intake Exhaust
0.100 67 54
0.200 139 120
0.300 219 179
0.400 271 224

cam is pat G 226/232 .604/.609 111+2 LS
intake is portmatched vic.jr. 4bbl accufab TB (speed density=no elbow) cowl induction
long tube SW headers, no cats, dual 3" magnaflow straight thru with x pipe
its an A4 tranny.. compushift controlled so its at Lock above 3000 rpm at wot
injectors are 28 lbs for now (have some accell 36# if need be)
rear is 3.73 moser 12 bolt
i plan on adding a 100-150 shot in the hope of hitting mid 10s

It's just a guess and dynos vary too so.... I mainly said that cause of the A4, gears and big rear will soak up some HP.
Also, the elbow you are using will have a lot to do with how the Vic Jr. performs. Some are good and some not so good. The vic Jr. loves RPM's and I don't think that cam will carry past 6.8k where the Vic will still be puttin out. Just thinking your cam may run out of breath before the Vic does......
The cam should be a good autoX cam but not sure the IM is. I think I would be looking down low power here....... Bet it runs like a scalded dog when it gets in the powerband though

so its more of a preventative measure if i.. god forbid.. should ever get pulled over for speeding, i will have an easier time explaining that its really the original engine with retrofitted fuelinjection...
perhaps i should see if i could get my hand on one of the new ebelbrock cast "tunnelram" stule manifolds since you guys knock the vic.jr that much

lol are you serious???? if anything the modern engine will help you, as emissions, fuel consumption, and much more strict guidlines are in place today compared to 1979... i say sell your setup and swap in a fast 92/92 you wont have any problems if you get smogged or pulled over and you'll gain power everywhere!! were talking 30+ftlbs torque from 2,500-5,000 rpm as those vic jr's are total dogs on the low end. the way your cam and engine is setup and with the stock bottom end you'll actually lose power as opposed to a "plastic" intake manifold because u cant spin the engine high enough to take advantage of the victor Jr.
not ******* your setup in any way but clearly your leaving alot of power on the table to have a oldschool intake.

What state are you in?
Most states allow for a later model car engine to be installed in an earlier car, as long as the emissions equipment for the late engine are kept intact. Technically, they don't want you installing a truck engine into a car, as the standards were generally more lax for trucks.
Since your car is a '79, there is no OBDII scan to look for codes, so as long as your Check Engine light is not on, I guaranty the LS1 will burn way cleaner than a converted SBC would.
When I had a Malibu, it was still registered as a 3.8L Chevy V6. As long as the 350 I had in it passed the IM-240 dyno and sniffer specs for the 3.8, nobody cared what was under the hood. '79 emissions should be a breeze no matter how you look at it.

i love my victor jr but will be going to a super victor with more cubes. i would reccomend 42 injectors with nitrous. thats what i run and have had no probs. nice setup and good luck.
