Question Whats a good stealth cam?

What would be a good sleeper cam for a 408 ci? Somthing stock sounding & also would work well with nitrous...

It doesn't have a part number yet. We are custom grinding it per request. PM me for details.

Thanks,
Shane

Shoot me a pm with your specs & mod list. We can help custom spec a camshaft for your application. We custom specs camshafts for tons of customers everyday! I bet we can help you find a camshaft that will work well for you, but we need to know your mods & specs to better help!!

The cam I am recommending is custom ground for each application do to the wide variety of mods most people have on a large build. Thats one reason for not just throwing specs out there. Basically its just a large CheaTR cam.

Thanks,
Shane

We do have a large cam available which performs similar to the TRex with more P to V and better low end. Still cuts up like a big dog though...

Thanks
Shane

Does the cheatr cam really sound like stock? Do you think the cheatr cam would work well in a 408 ci?

Our CheaTR LS2 would work well in a 408 although I believe we could go bigger and still maintain stock idle quality.

I used a LPE GT11 in a 408 and it was TOO stealthy. Just like stock.
