Default Help Z28 wont start

Hi,

I have a 1998 z28 and it has been in the garage. When i turn the key i get this rattling sound and the car wont start. It is really cold here. Last time i had it started the RPM kept going up and down like i was constantly revving the engine. I seem to have enough battery life the lights and radio turn on. Do you think something happened to my ignition? Thanks

I'd check the battery terminals/voltage first.
