who sells lifter holding tool? Hey, so I got a couple cam only sidejobs coming my way and I know that there is a tool that you slide in the lifter oil galley to hold the lifters up. Who sells them? Can I make one out of some steel?

Go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware, and buy two 5/16 metal rods. Cut them to fit, and there's your lifter holding tool for about $10 total spent.
You'll need to round off the edges of the tip that go into the motor, especially on the pass. side. Helps them slide in easier.
