Default Force line pressure % question

I did a scan on my car the other day and I noticed the force line pressure % was at 0% just on the throttle enough to keep the car going on the highway at 70. Is it normal for it to go to 0%? I figured as long as the converter was locked there was always an amount of pressure commanded?

Default

Realizing that "normal" and "smart" are two different
things, yeah, it's GM normal.

0% indicated, is not truly 0PSI or you wouldn't hold
any torque. But it is not enough for a small diameter
converter with a cheapo clutch.
