General Maintenance & Repairs - Ta drl question

on my 00 t/a only 1 of the daytime running lights work you know the ones in the front bumper when ur looking straight at car. i thought the bulb was out but it goes on when i put my blinker on so what gives ?

That bulb is a DUAL filament bulb.
