The 56' 210
Thought I'd share some pictures of my dads 56' 210. Been in the family since the original purchase. It is definitely not a showpiece and needs some work but I gave it a good wash and thought I would share some quick pictures. Thanks

Kind of looks like the car I want. But the one I want is a Nash Metropolitan. Squeeze a big cubed motor in one of those! Damn the fun I could have.
Is that the orginal paint?!? If it is, damn that acrylic enamel kept it's shine. I think that is what they used then anyways.

It's been painted once and that was about 10 years ago. It was a "friend" job, so since its been sitting it was used for storage ect so it needs paint and more than a few pieces need to be re-chromed and little odds and ends.

Thats a clean car dude!! I was always more partial to 55's but that car is sweet and in great shape. Wont need much work to make it perfect and its already/still pretty damn perfect.

What a coincedence I just took this picture of my '56 210 in the paint booth today. They were taping off the white and going to shoot Inferno Red Crystal Pearl (PT Cruiser color) on the roof and below the beltline.
I had to shoot my picture through the window glass.
I'll get some more pictures later this week.
.
Your Dad's car is just like one my Dad bought new (Pinecrest Green and India Ivory, I think) except his was a two door.
Very nice looking car indeed....but I'm biased.

Here it is today. Still in the paint booth but done painting. Not buffed at all yet.
Now the fun starts putting the glass back in and all the trim back on...
It's been nine years to get to this point.
Hard to believe the Camaro is seven years old now too.
