Default auburn posi unit info

i came across a new auburn posi unit for a 10 bolt 7.5" for $250 locally is there only one kind of auburn posi for a 7.5" 10 bolt or is there more than one, should i look at something before buying to check the fitment

i got a 2001 WS6 with one wheel peel

you will need the one for 28 splines

I believe they all came 28 spline. I just bought a Auburn Pro for my car, good piece

They're 28spline from early 90's and up.
They also come in 2 and 3 series. 3 series is for 3.23 and numerically higher gears and 2 series is for 3.08 and numerically lower gears.

You cannot use a 3 series with 3.08 down. You can use a 2 series with a ring gear spacer for 3.23 and up.
